Great store, amazing staff. And a good clothing selection. I miss the old time. I would spend hours in that store. Now I rarely visit due to work. Hot topic rocks

Despite issues and hiccups in the transaction, the staff remained very helpful and pleasant. I'd rather there be a hot topic that isn't in a mall, but at least the staff were amazing.

I’m everywhere!!! This place is pretty cool, you know that’s if you’re a fan of all the stuff they’ve got. I was here with someone who is a Harry Potter fan.. so yeahhh we had fun in there. There is a photo of me in da place lol

I was surprised at the prices here. My daughter loves Kpop and also the BT21 line friends characters and they have them here and about $15 cheaper than anywhere ive seen. I will be back to buy more especially with the "Hot Cash" they gave me for spending a certain amount you get. "hot cash" to come back and get $15 off a $30 Purchase and i earned 2 of them.

This particular hot topic has excellent customer service. They are very flexible with returns and exchanges. Hot topic as a whole, has had some pretty sweet deals going on, so check it out!

Hot Topic has been my favorite store ever since I was a freshman in high school. They obviously have changed a lot since then, but clearly they are continuing to cater towards high school students. Still, they had a sale that boiled down to me purchasing three graphic tee's for $15.00 Still a satisfied customer 15 years later!

I been shopping there for the past few years, with over 50 orders, online, shipping, store pick up, and in-store and every experience has been super positive. Everyone knows me as soon as I walk in or just speaking on the phone and immediately give me my items to pick up before even being asked. Amazing customer service which has me returning weekly. I never had any issues with returns as well, and if I can't find the items I am looking for then they go out of their way to help me. The staff should be commended for their 5 star service and should be appreciated by corporate for their amazing people skills, even during hectic times like black friday! Honestly best customer service I ever received. Thank you again! I appreciate you all!
